Your therapy website,
live in 7 days.
A done-for-you Webflow website built for your practice, with custom copy, your branding, and SEO baked in. No discovery calls. No back and forth. Just fill out the form and I handle the rest.

You went to school to help people. Not to figure out your website.
But here you are staring at a Squarespace template that no longer feels like you, or putting off launching because you do not know where to start.
Your private practice is real. Your expertise is real. Your therapy website should reflect that without taking weeks of your time and energy to get there.

One form. 7 days.
A website you are proud to share.
Here is how it works:
Tell us about your practice, your services, your ideal client, and your brand. If you do not have a logo or images yet, we take care of that too.
Custom copy written for your specialty. Your colors, fonts, and logo set up. If you have photos of your office or practice, send them over. Those are always preferred because they make your site feel personal and real. If not, I curate stock photography that fits your brand.
Two rounds of minor revisions included. Swap colors, fonts, or images until it feels right.
Within 7 days of receiving your completed form, your website is live. You purchase your domain, and I send you a simple guide to connect it to your Webflow site. That is the only thing you do yourself.

Is this therapy website service right for you

Hi, I'm Anne.
I build Webflow websites for therapists — quickly, cleanly, and without the back and forth.
My background is in Psychology, which means I understand your work and your clients. I know what a mental health therapy website needs to say and how it needs to feel. I also know that your time belongs in the therapy room, not troubleshooting your website at midnight.
I built this offer because therapists deserve a professional online presence that does not take months or thousands of decisions to get there.

The Investment
FAQs
Because investing in your website should feel clear—not confusing. Here are the questions that usually come up before we get started.
A good therapy website does not need to be complicated, but it does need to do a few things well. At minimum, it should have a homepage that speaks directly to the clients you want to attract, an about page that builds trust and shows your personality, at least one service page that explains what you offer and who it is for, and a contact page that makes it easy to reach out. A blog helps with SEO over time, and an FAQ page reduces the back and forth before someone books. Every page should feel warm, clear, and easy to read on a phone.
AC Digital's therapy website templates cover all of that ready to go live in 7 days.
A done-for-you therapy website with AC Digital is a flat rate of $1,100. That includes custom copy written for your specialty, your branding set up, stock photography if you need it, basic SEO, and your site live in 7 days. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons. The only additional cost on your end is your domain name, and Webflow Premium Plan.
With AC Digital, your therapy website is live in 7 days from the time you submit your completed intake form. Because the build is based on a professionally designed Webflow template, the process is fast without cutting corners. You review, request minor changes across two revision rounds, and your site goes live. Most therapists find it the fastest they have ever moved on something they had been putting off for months.
You will receive a welcome email with a link to the website intake form. Complete it within 48 hours. This gives you time to gather any photos of yourself or your office you would like included. Once I receive your completed form, your 7-day build begins.
If anything in your form needs clarification, I will follow up by email so we can keep things moving.
No. You fill out the intake form with details about your practice and services. I write everything from there.
I create the messaging and strategic copy for each section of your site so it speaks clearly to your ideal clients and reflects your brand voice.
Every page is also optimized for SEO, which means your website is built to be easier to find on search engines—not just prettier to look at.
You won’t be left staring at a blank Google Doc wondering what to write.
I create a clean, simple text logo in Canva as part of the package. If you have an existing logo, we use that.
Yes, if you have them. Photos of your office, your practice space, or yourself make your website feel personal and authentic, and they are always better than stock. If you do not have photos yet, I curate stock photography that fits your brand and specialty. Stock photos are also used for blog posts.
The package includes a homepage, about page, up to three service pages, FAQ page, blog page with blog post template, and a contact page.
Two rounds of minor revisions are included. These cover swaps to colors, fonts, and images. Structural or layout changes fall outside the scope of this package.
Additional pages beyond what is included are $150 each. Other out-of-scope requests such as custom functionality or structural changes are billed at $30 per hour. For fully custom website work, send me a message and we can figure out what makes sense for your practice.
To keep your site live and running smoothly, you’ll just need to account for a couple of ongoing platform costs that are separate from the design service.
Since your site includes a blog, you’ll need a Webflow Premium Plan. It’s also a good idea to have a domain name ready to go, which you can easily purchase directly through Webflow.
To help me get started on your build, please go ahead and set up your CMS plan first. We can easily get your domain connected a little later in the process!
You do—everything.
Once the project is complete and ownership is transferred, your website, content, and intellectual property belong fully to you.
No hidden strings attached.
You can easily connect or transfer your existing domain to Webflow, whether you're moving from Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or another platform. I provide step-by-step instructions to guide you.
Yes.
Website projects are split into two payments: 50% downpayment to start the project and 50% final payment before launch. This keeps the process simple and manageable.
Yes—because launch day shouldn’t feel like being left on your own.
Every project includes two weeks of complimentary post-launch technical support, so you have time to ask questions and settle in with confidence.
If you’d like continued support after that, monthly website maintenance is available for $150/month through a separate care plan.
